The Government is accelerating talks with the opposition in the quest to make ends meet with the omnibus bills , the fiscal package and the labor reform with an opinion to go to the Chamber of Deputies.
While the drafts of the ruling party's bills are circulating, radicalism has already entered its own labor reform bill , which would be taken by the LLA and added to the package of laws it seeks to approve. The main problem that this strategy faces for now is that there is no unanimity of criteria in the ruling party.
A sector of La Libertad Avanza understands that, since the project returned to the commission, a new opinion must be generated . This position is the one established by the regulations. However, there is another group of LLA that understands that they can work on the existing opinion .

In principle, this week it is unlikely that progress will be made on either of the two lines, since between Tuesday and Wednesday the commissions in Deputies will be finalized and on Thursday the bicameral DNU will meet. “Everything is ready for it to be finalized this week and next week it goes to commission,” a parliamentary source explained to Infobae .
Only the Base Law would enter into that scheme and not the fiscal package , which is expected to enter as a project this week. Doubt persists as to whether the labor reform proposal is treated as a single project or if it is added to the omnibus law.
“The libertarians want it to go within the omnibus law and the radicals - except for the group that responds to Facundo Manes - would agree. The problem is that the Federal Coalition does not endorse the project, and without consensus it is very difficult for it to be introduced into the law,” added the same source who closely follows the negotiations.
The other package of laws that has to be debated is the fiscal one, which includes money laundering and the return of Profits , something that divides the waters between the Governors and that, obviously, impacts the venue when seeking votes. .
In the ruling party there is a certain rush to move forward with the bills, since they want to reach May 25 with everything approved. So much so that the Minister of the Interior, Guillermo Francos, ventured the idea that all the issues be discussed in a single session.
Taking into account the parliamentary times, and that during this week there will be no meeting of the Budget or Labor committees, the wheel would begin to turn next week with the possibility of having - with great luck - a session on Thursday, April 25 or May 2 .
This, in addition, happens in the midst of a change of authorities of the LLA bloc, so some of the interlocutors of the ruling party are also modified. Although the president of the Chamber, Martín Menem, maintains a certain centrality in the discussion, Oscar Zago, who was the one who carried out the conversations with the rest of the blocks, is now left in a very secondary place and Gabriel Bornoroni from Córdoba must occupy that role. .
The draft of the new Base Law has half of the articles of the original version, and contains fewer emergency declarations with the transfer of powers from Congress to the Executive for a period of 12 months.
Added to this is that there is a package of incentives for investments and the number of national State companies that can be privatized or given in concession drops from more than 40 to 18. This is not minor considering that it was one of the points that in the original version the ruling party collided head-on with the opposition.
