Compared to June 2023, acts increased by 1.1% (Jun 3,320 deeds). The first seven months of 2023, if compared to the same period in 2022, gives an increase of 14.12% with 19,263 tittle deeds.
The average amount of the acts was $23,237,639 (83,546 dollars according to the average official exchange rate): it grew 30.17% in one year in pesos, and in US currency it fell 36.8%.In July, there were 159 deeds formalized with a mortgage. Therefore, the increase in that sense is 19.5% compared to the same month last year. In the accumulated of the 7 months, the decrease is 0.5% (783 in total). It is clear that the amounts are still far below the good years, but taking into account the exchange rate, the volatility of the exchange rate, the lack of mortgage credit and income in dollars at historically low levels, it could be said that the performance is not so bad and is improving little by little; Surely the slow growth observed is driven by lower property prices.
