For those saying we are still in recession you can see the numbers of car sales have exploded. Same thing with real estate. Once credit improves even more you will see more and more people buying. The positive thing with credit expansion is it will push people working in "black" to push to get declared income otherwise they won't be able to buy cars and real estate without declared legal income.
