In Rosario and MDQ the average price continued to decline. In Córdoba Capital it was appreciated. Values in each city in the month of April
Between last April and the same month of 2023, the value per m2 of the set of used apartments with 1 to 4 rooms increased in Córdoba Capital by 6.42%, while in Rosario and Mar del Plata they decreased by 6.42%. same period by 3.56% and 3.62% respectively.

Precisely Córdoba Capital, even with the increase in value compared to 2023, has the lowest average value per m2 of the three locations with quotes within a range of 1,087 U$S/m2 for 4-room units and 1,247 U$ S/m2 for studio apartments as average value of the offer.

With respect to the average price of a one-bedroom apartment in CABA (US$S/m2 1,835 as of April 2024), the m2 in Córdoba is 36.7% lower, while in Rosario and Mar del Plata it is the 27.8% and 18.7% lower than the average price of the city of Buenos Aires.
