The World Bank will give Argentina loans for USD 2 billion

It sounds like the World Bank just committed to giving Argentina $2 BILLION. It says this will go to social programs. Not sure if it's a good idea to just keep adding to Argentina's debt but probably a positive the bank is willing to invest in Argentina.

Let's see which "social programs" they spend the money on.
Yes there is usually a lot of fraud and abuse or mismanagement with these funds but I'd feel more comfortable with Milei and his team.

Usually the World Bank wants to see many austerity measures and introduce privatization and deregulation. They don't have to worry about that with Milei as he is already doing those things.

I don't think it's a good idea to take on even more debt. They need to pay off all these loans ASAP and keep cutting down on spending and corruption.
