Historic Caballito Tram

Tour the traditional Caballito neighborhood aboard a real tram.

How to travel in time, the proposal consists of traveling through the traditional neighborhood of Caballito aboard a real tram.

For 100 years, the tram was a means of urban transportation in Buenos Aires, but in 1963 it abruptly disappeared. In the 1980s it re-emerged thanks to the Friends of the Tram Association to offer rides on a 20-minute circuit through the Caballito neighborhood. ⠀

Taking the tour on these old trams is an experience in itself for the whole family. Every detail is thought of: the old bodies, the delivery of the ticket when boarding, the driver's clothing, everything transports you to another era.

The service is free.

Saturdays and holidays, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and Sundays, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm! Start your adventure at the corner of Emilio Mitre and José Bonifacio, in Caballito, C.A.B.A. 🚋✨✨.
I recommend you to go with time because it gets very crowded! The trip takes about 20 minutes approximately.
