I’m not sure if it’s common for people here to do this, but it’s a great opportunity now that property prices are so high. For young people who want to move out soon, this might be a good option. The price really surprised me.

If it sounds too good to be true it is. I doubt people can really get something like that for anywhere near the price. Probably a bait and switch promo.
