From 2018 to the present, companies that have acquired lots through auctions have invested a total of approximately USD 369,400,000 to access the land.

And several are about to begin their civil works. Some of the companies that already have their lot there are Grupo Portland, Cerámicas Lourdes, Sancor Seguros, Angostura Inversiones, ILVA, El Nuevo Aromo, Corporación Global Constructora, Urbanar and Banco Industrial. A headquarters of the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires (ITBA) with a futuristic design will also be built.

For their part, nine of the companies that acquired their lots began the procedures to advance with the building projects.

Recently, the Immersivity Center was presented, and the next inauguration of the +54 Lab, a building dedicated to scientific-technological coworking, is planned.

The center consists of four domes interconnected by an external walkway, designed for immersive experiences and developments in visual technologies such as virtual and augmented reality.
