In Córdoba Capital the values appreciated last year. MDQ and Rosario suffered slight casualties. The values in each city for units from 1 to 4 rooms
Between last October and the same month of 2022, the value per m2 of the set of used apartments with 1 to 4 rooms decreased by 4.85% in Mar del Plata and 3.65% in Rosario, while in Córdoba Capital values experienced a slight increase of 0.75%.
Precisely, it is in Córdoba Capital where the average value per m2 is the lowest of the three locations with quotes within the range of 1,060 to 1,133 U$S/m2.
Regarding the average price of a one-bedroom apartment in CABA (US$S/m2 1,842 as of October 2023), the m2 in Córdoba is 39% lower, while in Rosario and Mar del Plata it is 23% and 14% lower than the average price of the city of Buenos Aires.
