In 2023 the values in Córdoba appreciated. In Rosario and MDQ the average price continued to decline. Values in each city for units from 1 to 4 rooms
Between last December and the same month of 2022, the value per m2 of the set of used apartments with 1 to 4 rooms increased in Córdoba Capital by 3.6%, while in Rosario and Mar del Plata they decreased by 3.6%. same period by 4.6% and 3.5% respectively.

Precisely Córdoba Capital, even with the increase in the value of 2023, has the average value per m2 that is the lowest of the three locations with quotes within a range of 1,050 U$S/m2 for 4-room units and 1,118 U$ S/m2 for studio apartments as average value of the offer.

Regarding the average price of a one-bedroom apartment in CABA (US$S/m2 1,818 as of December 2023), the m2 in Córdoba is 38% lower, while in Rosario and Mar del Plata it is 22% and 12% lower than the average price of the city of Buenos Aires.

The average, minimum and maximum values, corresponding to the month of December 2023, can be observed by location, in the following tables for used apartments of 1, 2, 3 and 4 rooms, based on processing 3,084 cases from Córdoba Capital, 3,384 corresponding to Mar del Plata and 3,297 sales offers in Rosario, on the other hand, graphs comparing values between December 2022 and the same month of 2023 can be seen according to each environmental composition.
