Among the ads on Mercado Libre Inmuebles, where more than 600,000 active publications and 22 million monthly visits are registered, the 10 most expensive properties for sale stand out , of which, the majority are located in the city of Buenos Aires. Located in neighborhoods such as Recoleta, Retiro, Palermo Parque (also called Chico) and Belgrano , these residences reflect the most exclusive segment of the real estate market, with prices starting at USD 3 million , and some are in Patagonia .
These properties are impressive not only for their value, but also for their features. Most have covered areas exceeding 1,000 square meters, multiple en-suite bedrooms, and architectural designs that combine luxury and functionality.
