Among the ads on Mercado Libre Inmuebles, where more than 600,000 active publications and 22 million monthly visits are registered, the 10 most expensive properties for sale stand out , of which, the majority are located in the city of Buenos Aires. Located in neighborhoods such as Recoleta, Retiro, Palermo Parque (also called Chico) and Belgrano , these residences reflect the most exclusive segment of the real estate market, with prices starting at USD 3 million , and some are in Patagonia .


These properties are impressive not only for their value, but also for their features. Most have covered areas exceeding 1,000 square meters, multiple en-suite bedrooms, and architectural designs that combine luxury and functionality. They also include cutting-edge technology, from home automation systems to high-end equipment.


In a constantly changing market, these properties represent the most exclusive of the premium real estate offerings. Below is a breakdown of these 10 select units .


1-I surpassed the 1600, a building​

In the exclusive Belgrano R neighborhood, an imposing four-story building is for sale, valued at 12 million dollars . The property, offered as a block by a business group, stands out for its classic and stately design, and exceptional construction quality. Located on a 2,511 m2 lot, it has a tree-lined garden designed by a landscaper.

The project was carried out by renowned Argentine architect Arturo Dubourg (1912-2003) , who left a significant mark on the architecture of Buenos Aires, Mar del Plata and Punta del Este.
