Hi @Nicole!
I have just returned to England after 2 fantastic weeks in Argentina. On Sundays, a must visit is the Feria de Mataderos - there is a website that gives information, briefly it is an arts and crafts market with excellent folk dancing performed by local people in the street. We went by remis (which is like a cab but cheaper) and the trip cost us very few pesos. We had a great full grill for lunch: meat, meat and more meat!!!! I would say that San Telmo is also good, if you want to see tango dancing, there is also a market and antiques and gastronomy where you go crazy! I liked the Mataderos Fair better because I love folklore. You have to know that Argentinean folkloric dance has to be seen to be felt. I hope you find my advice useful!

Oh Thank you @Ross! I will be going to those places for sure!
Maybe it's important to mention that I'll be there on December 11, I hope to organize my stay with lots of activities to make my trip more fun. I look forward to your recommendations!

Hello @Nicole, I hope you are well! I have an original and fun proposal for you. Since you mention that you are arriving on December 11, your stay coincides with the exhibition dates of this show that is being presented for the first time in the country. I'll leave you all the information so you don't miss it!

Blow Up Experiencie!
The Blow Up Experience exhibition has no age limit and can be visited until February 2.
This experience presents an immersive tour that combines virtual reality technology and mapping with inflatable art and games for children: balloons, ball pools and hammocks.

Inviting "young and old alike to get in on the fun," the show takes place at the Frers Pavilion at La Rural, Buenos Aires, and tickets are on sale at the following website.

The Blow Up experience includes half a million balls, more than 3 thousand square meters of mirrors, 35 thousand LEDs and mapping technology, that is, projections of static or animated images onto real surfaces. In addition, under the direction of Gerardo Hochman, there are circus interventions with spheres.

In Argentina, a well-known example is the Imagine Van Gogh exhibition -also in charge of DG Experience- in which the works of the Dutch artist were projected on the Frers Pavilion at La Rural. It was the first exhibition of its kind in the country and was a great success.
This interactive tour is part of the "Kidulting" trend, a popular phenomenon among millennials where adults get involved in activities that are commonly considered for children. In that sense, it is a great family plan, since all members can have fun beyond their age.

Some examples of this trend are amusement parks, Bubble World shows and the projects of the Japanese company TeamLab.

"In each of its corners will provide the opportunity to generate family photos, incomparable and Instagrammable," says Blow Up Experience.

Location: 4363 Santa fe Av., Buenos Aires LA RURAL

I hope you like the proposal and enjoy it to the fullest!

Thank you! These look cool and I haven't seen them on other sites. I've mostly been reading Trip Advisor but this website is really cool.
