After 10 hot days driven by the return of mortgage credit in Argentina , hand in hand with the announcement of four banking entities: Banco Hipotecario, Ciudad (now available), Supervielle and Del Sol , the competitiveness between them is becoming increasingly more strong, with announcements of the rates, amounts and conditions to access UVA loans.
The last to share its conditions and requirements was Banco Supervielle , the first private entity to communicate its credits , which will be available from May 4. Requirements to access credit from Banco Supervielle

- Documentation related to the property to be acquired or renovated/expanded.
- The credit fee may not exceed 25% of the verified Net Income.
