I've never heard of this quick recipe but may try it out. Looks very quick and easy. Thanks Futuro. Is this a common recipe in Argentina? And anyone tried it?
No I haven't tried it, a part of me wants to try to make it but another part says it's not quite as simple as it looks. Microwaves are difficult to get something to a consistent, specific temperature, so I'd either over or under do and make a big mess.My girlfriend makes flan but it's a hell of a lot of work and takes longer than that! I wonder what the difference in taste is. Did you try it @FuturoBA
It sounds simple enough but now I'm reminded of a conversation I had with my Argentine Spanish tutor, she too found a microwave recipe for a cake and it ended up exploding in the microwave during the process and making a big mess. So go at your own peril lol.I've never heard of this quick recipe but may try it out. Looks very quick and easy. Thanks Futuro.
Don't do it @FuturoBA. I have tried these type of microwave recipes. They are never as easy as Tik Tok makes it seem. I haven't tried flan but I did try a cake like your tutor and mine also exploded and took me a while to clean up my microwave. My mom taught me anything worth making is worth making right.
