After years of advocacy and hard work, this new legislation will provide the crucial support and resources that families with children on the autism spectrum desperately need. The approved project includes mandatory, free, permanent, and accredited teacher training on disabilities, neurodiversities, and cognitive diversities. This is a significant step forward in ensuring that children with ASD receive the care and opportunities they deserve.

Let's just hope that teachers are willing to take the training.

I have a friend who works as a teacher in the area of children with special needs, and she always tells me how difficult it is to include children with these conditions in traditional education because teachers are not trained in this area. She often mentions that Argentina is very behind in terms of resources. There are countries like Germany, where she traveled for training, that are so advanced in terms of resources. So, this news makes me very happy.
