One of the beneficiaries was a businessman and cooperative members close to then President Fernández , the owner of the Lo de Néstor Limitada Work Cooperative, Leonardo Duva, a trade unionist, Peronist activist, and owner of the bar and restaurant of the same name, located in 548 Bolívar Street, the same address where the cooperative is registered. The walls of the place are covered with iconography that refers to the deceased former president Néstor Kirchner , Evita and the three-time president Juan Domingo Perón .
According to documentation number 263-0013-OC23 accessed by Infobae , the “Lo de Néstor Limitada” Work Cooperative received a direct contract for $ 24,885,000 .
