cash is king in most of the world, from India to Russia to China to Argentina...really don't get the theme of a few folks here, thinking Buenos Aires has anything unique about it. you can say that any city in the world is the 'most difficult to ______' and there will be something that fits
Greece is the most-difficult to do business https://www.accountancydaily.co/greece-most-difficult-country-operate-business
South Africa businesses have difficult taxes, if you want to invest in property and have a business there: "Paying taxes takes 200 hours to complete per year and requires nine payments." https://www.tmf-group.com/en/news-insights/business-culture/top-challenges-south-africa/
Sacramento CA has crazy alimony laws, and this guy had to pay $20,000 monthly because his investments/business had high revenue https://www.sovereignman.com/trends/this-guy-got-destroyed-by-the-system-20507/
France's Macron thinks you have no right to self-defense if your business is being burned with you inside of it https://www.europe1.fr/politique/op...ge-demmanuel-macron-corrige-le-propos-4103251

UAE/Dubai defaults your inheritance to Sharia Law unless you have a lawyer and make sure everything is in order: "when a non-Muslim foreigner dies without making a Will, the assets in the UAE will be subject to a devolution based on Sharia Law." https://www.lexology.com/library/detail.aspx?g=c61df5b3-47ec-459e-894b-5f2bd3422ada

every country has its challenges, and there's a reason so many USA folks are getting out of the States, so i think it's as meaningless to say "Argentina is unique because historically property is purchased with $100 bill cash" since you could find something unique about every jurisdiction. it's just not helpful, especially when we're watching Milei delete thousands of laws; tomorrow he could announce that apartments can be purchased directly with DogeCoin...we're in unprecedented times, which is the point of my inquiry 😛
i'm still looking for an Escribano that knows about Bitcoin/crypto, which seems to be the bottleneck of this scenario
