Newcomer Best Dulce de Leche in Buenos Aires: Where to Find It and How to Enjoy?

La Serenísima Estilo Colonial is absolutely delicious! 😊 You can spread it on toast, crackers, or even rice cakes. I also love it with bananas, honestly, we put dulce de leche on everything here! Pancakes with dulce de leche are a classic, and most cakes are filled with it too. Once you try it, there’s no going back!

As for where to buy it, besides supermarkets, there are specialty stores that sell artisanal dulce de leche, like Vacalin or Cachafaz. But honestly, La Serenísima holds its own against those brands. If you walk down Avenida Corrientes, you’ll find plenty of shops selling dulce de leche and alfajores. Definitely worth checking out!

Our favorite brand is in the photo, and you can find stores all over town. They even sell it in sizes ranging from a small jar to a massive 5-gallon bucket! I love having it with apple slices, or honestly, just straight from the jar.

I totally agree, here, everything comes with dulce de leche! 😂 You should also try facturas filled with it; they’re a must. You can find them at any bakery!
