Hello everyone! I need recommendations, what's the best VOIP app for Android to make international calls from Buenos Aires to the US? (Google Voice isn't an option for me.)

It's just that I prefer not to pay a monthly fee because, honestly, it's not a service I use often, I only use it when I really need to.

But I don’t pay a monthly fee. You should be able to use it without any issues.

I think you're confusing Google Fi with Google Voice. Fi is a mobile phone service, while Voice is a virtual VOIP service. You don’t need to pay anything to call the U.S., no matter where you’re calling from. You shouldn’t have any issues.
