Yes I got a visa before at the Consulate office in Buenos Aires. I just had to pay a fee and they took my passport for a few days. But I enjoyed it when Brazil stopped enforcing it. My visa expired and I was dreading to go get it but I am going to hold off. I agree with you
@Darksider415 it will be good if they can come to an agreement. I have friends that will refuse to go to Brazil if they have to get a visa and they can't just file it online and pay a fee. The need to go in or mail in their passport is too much of a pain for most Americans if they don't live in a city where they can just process it.
