Newcomer Can I take Spanish classes at a university?

I urgently need to take classes to improve my Spanish, I appreciate any recommendations!
By the way I am living in Palermo now but I can go to another neighborhood without any problem

Yes, Ron is right, at the UBA there is the CUI (Centro Universitario de Idiomas) where you can take courses of any language, and in any modality, either online or in person. They also have branches in many neighborhoods including Palermo.
