Expat Life: Local Discoveries, Global Connections

Coghlan - Buenos Aires.

Thanks for posting @enbits. It looks like a really beautiful area. Larger houses which you don't always see in CABA outside of Belgrano. Looks like it would be good for families. Are there many smaller properties for people that don't need much room?

There are a few projects in development, you cand find them on Zonaprop but of course much less offer that other more popular neighborhoods. It's more residential and I hope it stays that way, would be a pitty to see houses being destroyed and replaced with buildings.

I agree with you it would be a shame if it loses it's charm. Most expats all want to be in the same crowded area of Palermo, Recoleta and San Telmo has gotten crowded lately with expats. I am not sure they would need the bigger properties or want to be that far outside of the city. But I hope it stays this way. Have some friends that live here and enjoy visiting them. Feels like another city when I visit them. One of my biggest complaints about BA is the noise pollution. It's too loud. Coghlan is great in that it is quiet.
