Compare Eastern/Central Europe to BA living

We slow travel Eastern/Central Europe. We enjoy history, museums, beach, architecture, etc. Can someone who has been there help me compare the lifestyle in BA? Honestly, BA looks like a massive congestion of apartments but I want to understand what the attraction is other than being cheap.

i stayed in Belarus in a "massive congestion of apartments" so i could see the epic Minsk city center :) https://previews.123rf.com/images/s...0400008/100000170-aerial-of-minsk-belarus.jpg

Prague looks like just a bunch of apartments sometimes: https://static1.mansionglobal.com/p...6df0659dca966ba9/large_776A9294-1920x1080.jpg

but the epic huge downtown areas, like here in Kiev: https://www.reuters.com/resizer/Jj1...ng.com/reuters/DUKFGEFEA5PTLJYDZIPQCM7JNY.jpg

remind me of Madrid's epic central roads/intersections: https://media.istockphoto.com/id/80...=kW4xnzQISKTIri24q4VvEfFsMWDnDpuCNfxihb6wjsc=

and Buenos Aires has 3 million people in the CABA area alone, if you want to see a massive city with tons to look at/do https://thumb.spokesman.com/_s_S7uh...com/photos/2022/02/06/61faeee4e99be.hires.jpg

...so i guess, what's the attraction of going to Eastern Europe, lifestyle-wise, other than it being cheap?

That is what I am asking. Please tell me the things to do. I just want to know what the attraction to BA is relative to Eastern/Central Europe. Not knocking it, just want to know. btw. spent month in Split, Kotor, Prague,.

I love Prague. It's a unique city that is very beautiful. The history, architecture and city are beautiful. Madrid is very similar to Buenos Aires. Some parts look the same. Many of the people living in BA are originally from Spain and you can see it in their looks. There are no beaches in BA but you can go over to Uruguay or Panama or Mar del Plata but the beaches aren't too nice compared to Brazil but that is a quick flight away.

BA has a lot of beautiful museums but the architecture is nothing compared to Prague. There are some beautiful buildings in BA. I haven't been to much of Central and Eastern Europe.

Best thing about BA is the lifestyle. Great restaurants, great cultural activities.
