Taxes General contract for Monotributo

A friend of mine is looking into Monotributo. I understand that you need to sign a contract between yourself and the entity that intends to hire you for the service. Does anyone have a general contract they can share? Much appreciated.

I asked my friend that does Monotributo and he said he doesn't have any contract at all.

I don't think this is correct. I just pay my local assistant each month. We have no contract. He files his own Monotributo filing each month to report the income with AFIP but that is on him.
