A Polish man wearing an Argentine jersey climbed the exterior of a 30-story tower in the Catalinas area of Buenos Aires . “In the 30-story office building, a man was found climbing to the 15th floor by an overhang. As it became known, “the climber” is called Marcin Banot Wiek , 36 years old, he is an influencer who tends to carry out this type of risky activities and who shares his videos through his Instagram account . Among other curious facts, Wiek is a fan of mate and has his own brand of yerba.
With 30 floors of offices and 35,850 m² of profitable area on a total area of 55,000 m², with a view of the river and 70 linear meters of frontage, IRSA's investment was US$110 million , according to the company, and was built in the last ground of Catalinas .
The current rental price in that tower is between US$30 and US$34/m² and there is only one apartment left available.
