James Heckman , an American economist who won the Nobel Prize at the beginning of this century and an expert in the economics of human development , will speak this Tuesday in Buenos Aires as a panelist at the event organized by Fundación Libertad y Progreso and the CATO Institute, and in which It will seek to discuss what other elements are necessary to analyze and implement, beyond budgets , subsidies and money transfers , to achieve better development of the children so that, tomorrow, they can have a better integration into the economy.
