Today, I strolled through the streets relying on Google Maps for guidance. As I crossed a pedestrian crossing, a motorcyclist approached. Anticipating the typical maneuver of vehicles attempting to cut me off, he surprised me by slowing down and stopping. Initially, I thought it was because I was almost done crossing, leaving no room for him to pass.
However, to my shock, the individual seized the arm holding my phone. With his other hand, he swiftly snatched the device from my grip. The entire incident unfolded within a couple of seconds, leaving me momentarily bewildered. By the time I comprehended what had transpired, he was already speeding away. Despite my attempts to chase after him, it quickly became evident that keeping pace was an impossible feat. Within the span of the next block, he skillfully turned the corner, disappearing from sight.

I lost a phone of 270 euros, I reordered the same one (I will be home in a week). Normally I mitigate this kind of things by using a cheap phone in Argentina, but the battery of my old phone died, that is why I was using my main phone. I will be forced to buy a cheap phone here tomorrow (so I can communicate again with the people I know here.)
It was the first time I have been violently robbed. If I would have known what was happening, I could have kicked the guy of his moto (he was alone).
