Yes I read there are something like 1 million people in Argentina claiming disability. I'd guess the vast majority are fraudulent.

Just like in the States, that kind of thing takes time. This government maintains that criminals will go to jail. Let's hope it happens (corrupt judges are the biggest hurdle).

In many of these Latin American countries these people never go to jail. In Mexico there is so much corruption from all parties that everyone just agrees that no one goes to jail.
