Not often and when they do it is usually not long. Typically for maintenance.

I guess less chances of the locals to NOT pay for the subway. This is horrible.

Line D was closed the past 2 months i think; at least the entire time i was in Belgrano, which was really annoying. although from Migraciones to the Mitre train line to ChinaTown was cheap and fast!

Commies gonna commie. someone said they did the same Subte-fare-skipping thing last year, too.

FYI they are opening Line D early now on March 7. It was closed for signaling systems renovations.
