Rental prices in the city of Buenos Aires have increased significantly again in the last month

Palermo is among the neighborhoods with the most expensive rents in the city of Buenos Aires Daniel Basualdo



In a context in which three types of contracts coexist at the same time , after the repeal of the last Rental Law registered in the DNU of President Javier Milei, rents in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA) increased by 3.3% in July , breaking with the slowdown that the last five months had been experiencing, according to the latest survey carried out by Zonaprop .

According to this increase, a 40 studio apartment rents on average for $397,171 per month , a one-beroom apartment for $464,742 per month and a 70 m² two-bedroom apartment for $628,168 .

While, among the most affordable prices are Floresta ($378,778) , Mataderos ($386,085) and Lugano, the latter being the most economical neighborhood at $303,133 per month .

According to the platform, Puerto Madero, Mataderos and Parque Avellaneda are the neighborhoods that showed the greatest year-on-year increase , while Retiro is the one with the lowest. The list is presented as follows:
