Rental prices in CABA notably slowed down their increase in the last month
Palermo leads the ranking of the neighborhood with the most expensive rents in the city of Buenos Aires
In the midst of a context in which three types of contracts coexist at the same time , after the repeal of the last Rental Law registered in the DNU of President Javier Milei, rents in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA) increased by 1.3% in March , marking a strong slowdown for the second consecutive month, after rising 2.9% in February, 21% in January and 18.6% in December, according to the latest survey carried out by Zonaprop.
According to this increase, a 40 m² studio apartment is rented on average for $365,546 per month , a two-room apartment for $422,502 per month , and a 70 m² three-room apartment for $567,747.
Rentals in CABA slowed down publication prices for the second consecutive month
Ranking of the most expensive and cheapest neighborhoods to rent
Currently, Palermo continues to lead the ranking with the most expensive rentals , with an average of almost half a million pesos ($497,645) for a two-room apartment . This is followed by Núñez and Belgrano with $476,741 and $471,623 , respectively.Properties in the Palermo Soho area
For their part, rentals with intermediate prices are:

- Almagro $415,760
- Devoted Villa : $394,019
- Balvanera : $382,864

In Colegiales the average monthly rent is $463,342
While, among the most affordable prices are Liniers ($336,109) , Parque Avellaneda ($327,737) and La Boca, the latter being the cheapest neighborhood with $321,253 per month .
