I was just going down to Puerto Madero and saw a guy climbing up a building. Didn't know what it was so went on X and sure enough saw this. I thought they were making a movie or something. Nuts!

Damn he is crazy. It sounds like it wasn't his first time trying that building. He probably should be arrested and put in jail for a while to prevent him from trying again. For sure, he entered with just a tourist visa.

That is crazy. I never understood people that will risk their life for something like this. Not only their life but when people have to attempt to rescue them it puts their lives in jeopardy too. I hope he gets serious jail time. It is the only thing that will make people not copy him. I don't think life in an Argentine jail cell would be fun. This is probably the wrong administration to mess around with things like this.
Yes, here is more about him. He always just pays the fines and gets off with slap on the wrist.
