Rental prices in CABA rose again in the last month, how did 2024 end?

In a context in which three types of contracts coexist at the same time , after the repeal of the last Rental Law registered in the DNU of President Javier Milei, rents in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA) increased by 2.3% in December , according to the latest survey carried out by Zonaprop .
According to this increase, a 40 m² studio apartment rents on average for $465,091 per month , a one-bedroom apartment for $550,450 per month and a 70 m² two-beroom apartment for $740,874 .
