Good that there are actual rentals since the rental laws were changed but prices are on the rise. Average rent prices so far this year have gone up 52%.

Average value of a flat is already above 500,000 pesos; Price of one-bedroom flat went up 4.4% in September.

It is good to see the inventory has exploded. Before Milei changed that law there were barely any long term rentals published. There are many now. The thing that is kind of scary is the monthly expenses on many places are very high vs. last year. It's not just the rent but tenants have to pay for the expenses on most of these rentals and on some apartments it can be a huge additional expense. The rent can only be adjusted 3 months with inflation but these condo fees can jump up every month.

On one apartment I have been watching the expenas has gone up every single month this year.

Ouch. I don't miss that kind of inflation since moving to Spain. When you live in Argentina for a while you forget how crazy of a country it is with inflation.
