Milei allowed all the owners to switch over to US Dollars for rent and people only make pesos. So this is a big problem for almost all the locals.

I don't think there is anything wrong with allowing to charge US dollars. The old law was very bad. Why should the owner of a property suffer. The inflation was making it so they weren't making any money. An owner should be able to charge whatever they want to charge. the tenant doesn't have to accept if they don't want to.

The Argentine peso is too unstable.
