I am in Buenos Aires and I will stay for a month, this is my second day here and I am happy! this country exceeded my expectations, for me the gastronomic experience is very important as I am a food lover and I have heard that the "porteños" are fans of bodegones so I am curious to know about them and where to find them here. During my stay in Buenos Aires I was lucky enough to be able to go to several of these bodegones, the truth is that it is an experience that you should not miss. As I understand it, bodegones are a kind of restaurants in which the dishes are abundant and tasty, they focus more on the quality of the product and not on the aesthetics, so it would be the opposite of a gourmet restaurant in my opinion.

EL FERROVIARIO

Located in the neighborhood of Liniers, the name of this bodegón is the name of the club it belongs to. Next to the field of Club Atlético Vélez Sarsfield, you can imagine that the soccer essence is still felt.

Although its gastronomic proposal is not very wide, its grill has national fame. In its picturesque lounge you will be able to order the classic wine in penguin accompanied by a soda siphon. Undoubtedly a true classic among the bodegones of Buenos Aires.
