Then you have to charge money on , in the same point you buy and almost anywhere ( stations , drugstores , loterys ,etc).
A subte ride now is ARS 80 and a bus ride ARS 52.96 minimum.
You will need your passport and personal information if you want to "register" your card online, but not to buy it.
