As part of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, don't miss the Italian Gastronomic Fair at the Usina del Arte. There will be stands with the most traditional delicacies: pizzas, pastas, ice creams, wines, oils, cheeses and imported products. There will also be live DJs, surprises and prizes. A celebration of Italy from its kitchen.
For the seventh consecutive year, Usina is dressed in the Italian tricolor for the closing of the country's great gastronomic fair. We're waiting for you to enjoy free tastings and buy typical products in a large market. Appetizers, arancini, porchetta, focaccia, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mozzarella, artisan breads, cannoli, sfogliatelle, pasticciotti, taralli, typical sausages and cold cuts, artisan ice cream, cookbooks, Italian beer, pizza al “taglio”, espresso coffee are some of the made in Italy meals you'll find. In addition, we're waiting for you to participate in the best cooking classes, master classes for adults and children, the second edition of the pesto championship and enjoy live music and tributes to opera. A party that renews the deep love that exists between both countries. Don't miss it!
The event is sponsored by the Italian Embassy in Argentina, the Consulate General of Italy in Argentina, the Ministry of Culture of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, the Usina del Arte, the Italian Institute of Culture of Buenos Aires and BA Capital Gastronómica. The Italian Cuisine Week has been declared of Cultural Interest by the Legislature of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

You can bring your waste electrical and electronic devices (cell phones, headphones, small appliances, etc.), cooking oil (in plastic bottles and cold), BATTERIES, ink and toner cartridges, and love bottles. In addition, we will be exchanging LED lights. Bring up to 5 unused lamps from your home (halogen, incandescent, or low consumption) and we will give you 5 free LEDs (you must bring an electricity bill or ABL). At the stand, the Environmental Protection Agency staff will tell you what is done with each waste.

Italian stalls: tasting and sale of typical products:
dried pasta, fresh pasta, olive oil, pickles and preserves, sauces, cold cuts, Italian beer, Italian coffee, wines, savoury sfogliatelle and cannoli, herbs and Mediterranean salads, street food (porchetta, arancini, panini, focaccia, piadina, Mediterranean salads), Puglia specialities and authentic piadina.
