It always depends on the perspective from which you look at it. The food in Argentina and the U.S. each has its own characteristics and appeal, but Argentine food, which is more focused on fresh ingredients and homemade dishes, tends to be healthier overall. In Argentina, the culture of cooking at home and enjoying traditional meals like stews and barbecues can provide more balanced options.
Meanwhile, in the U.S., the prevalence of fast food and processed foods contributes to less healthy eating habits, which is reflected in the high obesity rate. So, when it comes to health and quality of ingredients, many might prefer Argentine cuisine. However, personal choice and taste always play an important role, so I don’t judge anyone, there’s no accounting for taste! 🙂
