Did you get this resolved @Oatmeal ? How did it turn out. I agree with @JonJLA! Renting long term was a terrible experience dealing with realtors and the owners there. There are a few people that manage nice high end properties mostly owned by foreigners. Renting long term with a local owner is a recipe for disaster.
