I'm looking for breakfast spots in Palermo that open early in the morning, but most of the ones I'm seeing open at 10 am, 11 am, or even 12 pm. Do you have any suggestions for places that open early in the morning?

Salvaje opens at 8 and it's seriously amazing. Birkin, Cuervo Cafe, Kajue Cafe all open at 9. If you're up early, Rosedal opens at 8 and Jardin Botanico at 9.
Oh, and the super cool Eterna Cadencia bookstore with a café opens at 9 too!

I agree! They have great carrot cake there. The coffee also is really good here. Amazing Cappuccinos here. I have brunch here and it is very good. Friendly staff too. The tables are kind of small here and not too much space inside. It is always crowded which is usually a good sign.
